About Mika

My Mission.....

spirit at a time."

The host of Zesty Life, a healthy lifestyle show on cable television,
Mika is a holistic health practitioner with a bachelors degree in
Natural Health Studies from Clayton College.  Her certifications
include aromatherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, live food coach/ chef,  
massage, and personal training.  

Mika is collaborating with other local practitioners and healthy
businesses to bring more choices to the Monterey Peninsula.   
These choices will eventually include  more classes, healthy outings,
healthy restaurants and an apothecary with a healing center.

Mika loves the approach of a whole food lifestyle, combined with
spiritual coaching for optimum results to health.  Educating, learning
and growing for over 9years in the natural health field,  she is
currently practicing and residing in Monterey, California with her
daughter Ryan and life partner David.
